About Chef Elizabeth
Chef Elizabeth's love for fresh and flavorful food and passion for good health is evident with every bite of her culinary creations. After a long career in nonprofit writing and research and event planning on the side, while simultaneously reading every cooking magazine out there and cooking for friends and family, she finally left her computer keyboard for a cutting board. And she hasn't looked back!
Chef Elizabeth holds a Diplome in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, completed at the California Culinary Academy, a Wine Specialist Certification from International Sommelier Guild; she is ServSafe Certified as well. Sprig of Thyme holds a current City of San Francisco Business License. Chef Elizabeth is also a certified member of the Personal Chefs Network, and fully insured and bonded to be in your home. In addition, she holds B.A. in Communication from Lycoming College.
When she's not wielding a whisk, Chef Elizabeth loves to travel, volunteer, and dabble in various home projects. Her greatest joy comes from spending time with her supportive fiancé, their feisty elderly cat, and their broad circle of family and friends.
